This is a tier list for relics in AFK Arena. They’re only usable within the Arcane Labyrinth & Peaks of Time.
All relic effects stack together.

Patch 1.19 Changes
Many of the top relics are being nerfed in the next patch.
This includes: Thunderburst, Blessed Hammer, Eagle Strike, The Unmounted Heart, Firebringer, Icebringer, Statue of Retribution.
The damage done by the Wrizz mini-boss is also being nerfed, presumably as compensation for the relic changes.

This should be updated, as there’s no “Shard combinator” and no “Shard of Force”. For me this is pretty good if you are lucky to collect them. 4 or 5 relics giving the effects of 2-3 legendary relics’ effects.
As a veteran of Hard mode I am sorry to say, but this list is completely misleading. The HP and Energy recovery After and Before Battle are worthless. For the me only S+ rated items should be +40% dammage, Icebringer, Firebringer, +35% damage and defense in Hard Mode, Poison Stuck and the chance to do additional damage with each atttack. Also the silk spider net is very good. Add also Moonstone, Sunstone and the buffs towards Critical Rating/damage and faction damage and we have a complete list of S+/S relics.
I think it depends to some extent on which units are available to you but overall, yeah, the key is to have some energy recovery (especially if you don’t have Rowan or another unit who buffs it), some defense, and as much attack and other damage multipliers as you can get (factional is good but crit and additional damage are always nice.) The Hell are you talking about? Isabella own Relic makes are a absolute Monster. I tested her and she does Consistent damage, not to little, not to much. If you have a mythic Isabella, You should have are Signature item in abandoned wagons, with her personal one. The signiture item says: Every 3 hits for super, two bolts of lightning. Personal relic should say: Hits 3 enemies with her super. whcih means 12 bolts of lighting.(May be wrong). Please add. also maybe a B or A at the very least

The new Lightbearer items are good on some occasions Estrilia: Restores 1000 Energy points if she kills a enemy. Overpowered. If you have a decent estrilia, she can carry you very well and keep using supers Thane: Increase Crit by 50, and stuns if he gets a Crit. Unless if you have Dura’s Eye, then he can have higher damage, higher Crit chances. Lucius: Removes time limit from Lucius Super. Raine’s Artifact only resets her barrage cd upon marked targets. Not useful unless you have a lot of energy recovery rate (Sun/Moon stones or Silent Hope) Another item was from Belinda. He gives everyone atk rate & crit rate, by that I mean EVERYONE on your team. 20% ATK Rate & 20% Crit Rate on a Thane + Shemira combo? I feel like you should add the relic descriptions too. As someone who doesnt play the game in english, I cant really tell what each of them are.

If you click the + sign next to them it’ll give you the description, not great for quick browsing though. Pictures alongside them might not be the worst plan. Hell I play the game in english and can’t remember a bunch of their names.
Estrilda’s buff? I don’t remember it completely but i think when she kills someone with her ult she gets 1000 energy points.
I don’t recall ever seeing that one in Labyrinth, pretty sure it’s in adventures only.
Just btw the life leech percentage one doesn’t need life leech to begin with. So if it is +10% then it is +10% life leech
Any thoughts on Aegis of Preservation? I did I t see it listed.
IMO its only useful if you have long duration stuns (e.g. Tasi) and on Wrizz Boss before his kamikaze ability. Other than that, its pretty much mediocre since it takes up a while to activate. I would rather put it on A though since its very useful on Hard Mode and especially if you have Lucius.
So after a brief argument with a friend who plays and finding some contradictory information on line I figured I would test how Nosferatu’s Fang works myself. Used a lineup and relic set with no other healing or lifeleech and found they healed ~10% in keeping with the rare tier relic. Some were slightly over but I would guess that extra damage dealt beyond an enemies health counts for lifeleech purposes but doesn’t add to the total damage dealt by your hero in battle statistics. The pendants (betrayal and force) pair really well together imo. They start w 35% less health, and if you have a decent team, usually you can take out most of not the whole enemy team in less than 10 seconds.
PENDANT OF FORCE usage tip – After you get it use only one hero in the fight, it will die instantly, but the enemies remain damaged; can be repeatedly used to decrease enemy hp until they are almost basically dead.
Seems that all the heroes get healed after the battle is lost if you chose random lvl 1 heroes with pendant of force
Is carnal desire and carnal grip a good combo?
This Tier List has some serious misses. Eagle Strike: This is not S tier, it’s somewhere around E or F. It does horrible damage in every fight, and almost nothing against Wrizz. Death’s Bite: This only works against Wrizz, and only if Kaz doesn’t die very quickly, which she often does. This is like a conditional and worse version of the global poison version. I just noticed that S+ is a ranking on this list… I wanna put The Devoted Whisper, Shadowfall, and Pendant of Betrayal in that tier.
Those 3 are absolutely crazy strong. Pendant of Betrayal is basically 75% damage increase on some of your first Shemira ult, Shadowfall is more a less a direct damage buff at up to 60% with Shemira’s base crit chance and a 1-2 crit buffing relics, and The Devoted Whisper demolishes them all at 125% damage bonus, which if anything, is the most OP out of all the artifacts… and you have that sitting at “A”…
I don’t agree with every single thing you said, for example, I find Spider Gloves OP when combined with a strong Seirus. By the time they come out of their cacoons, he’s washing them away, then Tasi is sleeping, then he’s washing them away again. I’m not the original poster, but Spider Gloves is great regardless of units as long as you have some damaging ults saved up. I love it and agree with the rating for it. The relics based on ascendency are still good, it’s just a smaller buff but it’s a buff nonetheless. I’d personally rate them as a B because you always have them. Book of War is too situational IMHO. Nearly all relics will be very dependent upon the make-up of the team you’re running. OP didn’t like them because he used a Shemira carry. Spidergloves breaks if too much damage is done too quickly, so it wasn’t working well for them, as Shem broke it right away.
But if you’ve a carry that’s only a single target attacker, it keeps the rest of the team tied up (literally) while the AGI carry is killing that target. If you’re lucky, by the time it wears off, they’re down a unit.
Lot of good info, but you may wanna go easier on the author. I say this because you criticize a single listing, yet in only two posts not only did you not manage to stay consistent, you actually contradicted yourself. In your first post you ask why Shadowfall is S, saying it’s not good enough to be there. In your very next post you call it S+, and one of the best in the game. Don’t agree with ur deathbite’s opinion tho, I’ve seen a lvl 1 E Kaz literally do 4M damage to wrizz. With Kaz and deathsbite you really need 0 more relics, just to restart until RNG says that Kaz won’t die after 3-5 attacks (Imagine if this kaz was a thing like mythic and leveled)

Can we say that Deathly embrace is A grade? I tested it a few times, but by the time it it summons, I already killed the enemies. It has slow speed and very similar to Niru’s ultimate. It only works( in my opinion) if you have difficulty defeating mythic or higher ( In arcane lab or peaks)
It’s A at best for the sole purpose of dealing with Brutus. It’s B if you can get the thing that dispells buffs instead, which is just way stronger, and doesn’t come with the downside of sometimes stealing kill-energy from your carry.
Yeah but if you have Fawkes, its useless unless if there is a lucius and brutus in a group
It’s hugely helpful for fighting Wrizz, and deserves it’s high place in the list for that.

Shadowfall gives +25% Crit to everyone, whereas War flag gives +30% crit AND +20% atk to the backline which in most cases would be the people you want to have high crit and attack.
This is not the case for Shemira teams, which usually places Shemira in the frontline despite being a dps. Shadowfall was overrated on this list though, but War Flag isn’t S tier on account of being kinda useless as soon as you go for a Shemira Combo, unless you are going for 2 tanks, which is far less stable, and for a crit bonus that’s kinda pointless on Shemira anyway.
It’s a good relic, but it can’t be S-tier as long as it doesn’t actually fit the meta.
It’s been like over a month and I still don’t see Aegis or Preservation or Insolence. What’s the hold up guys? I appreciate the work u guys have done, but this is important stuff, we can’t decide on our own…
Aegis is A-tier in early game, C tier in early game, if only to deal with Brutus ults, as that is the only enemy ult you will ever see in the lategame.
If insolence is the thing that dispells buffs, then it’s S-tier. It is the best way to deal with an enemy Brutus, which is 1 of the 3 things that can really wreck you in lategame Labyrinth (the other 2 beings Nemora charming your Shemira, and Hardmode Wrizz).

Can the purple succubus also charm Shemera?
I tested Firebringer and Icebringer, they are not very helpful against regular enemies, but excellent (S+) against Wrizz. Firebringer alone can cripple Wrizz attack so his ult/poison won’t kill your party, and as time goes his second and third ult will do very little damage. Combined with Icebringer Wrizz will go down in no time.
Another relic I would like to add which is also excellent against Wrizz would be that relic that can mitigate damage against back heroes for up to 70% as long front liners are still alive. Switch your tank to back liner and enjoy -70% damage protection.
I find that I actually prefer using the backline damage protection on my actual backliners. My frontline consists of Shemira and Brutus, so they basically never die, but my backline sometimes die randomly by stray attacks and AOEs. This is good protection against that. You may be onto something for the Wrizz fight though, also, it’d be a good strategy early-game for sure.

Insolence entrances frontline heroes for 2-5 seconds at the beginning of battles.

This list is deeply flawed. It seriously underestimates the difficulty of the HM Wrizz fight compared to all other lab fights. Ex: Spider Silk is amazing most fights, useless vs Wrizz, therefore should be rated very poorly, because Wrizz is that important, and that difficult. Therefore this list needs to be updated to reflect Wrizz usefulness either in a separate coloumb or weighted WAY more strongly on the current coloumb. Or make an entirely new list for relics vs HM Wrizz.
There’s a hardmode Wrizz drop down just for that. Also just about every relic that’s good for wrizz states it in the description up above. IE THUNDERBURST
Very strong overall, but also probably the best relic for Wrizz on “Hard Mode” of the Third Floor. If you’re going for HM, pick this!
Keep in mind that there’s also pre-Shemira labyrinth and the entire game modes of Peaks of Time and Voyage of Wonders. This tier list can’t be based entirely on Wrizz Hard-mode. Even the normal Hardmode fights can get a bit tough later on in the game, so they are definitely worth gearing around as well.
Need to add dispelling arrow. It’s pretty good vs Brutus.

This list was really well made, I like it. About the new relics though, will those be included? (You don’t have to include them though) Also a new relic I like a lot is Lucius’ Fortitude. It removes the time limit from Lucius’ ultimate ability. It gives a lot of protection, and then Lucius uses his ult again, resulting in no damage for your team, or just a little.
Base on my 8 months personal experience, this tier list is not really well made as well as put many efforts on it. I doubt the author haven’t try lightbearer and graveborn that much to have solid experience to make this list. ( THE SINFUL HEART rank C LMFAO =)) )

I did above in a fairly detailed post. I agree that this tier list is pretty far from perfect in terms of ratings. They’re usually only 1-2 notches off, but you DEFINITELY underestimate the power of some of these on account of you not having actually tried to use them.

Not so sure bout the life leech item, it is accumulative, not multiplicative, like none of my heros have life leech but they regain nearly 90% of their hp from using their ultimates, so +10% from 0 would mean 10% life leech I’d imagine, not 0
It might have been fixed in the update, he hasn’t updated this list for the recent patch. So he might be testing everything out still.

I’m still not entirely clear on how Spine of Heroes is supposed to work. What does it consider to be a full ascension tier higher than Elite? Is it Elite+ or Legendary?
Either way, this seems like a very solid choice if you’re planning on doing Labyrinth level 3 in Hard Mode and have Legendary+ tier heroes at most, so that you can deal enough damage to the Ascended threats you’ll be facing.
My hesitation with trying this one out is because the text says, “Increases damage by up to 39%. If an enemy has a higher ascension tier than the attacker, the original damage increase will be reduced by 13% per each tier difference.”, which seems to say, ‘the more powerful the enemy, the lower the damage buff’, (which would make it no where near as good, especially at legendary tier, because everything is going to be 1-2 tiers higher).
Yeah, nevermind. It sounds like a downright terrible item to take unless you have your whole team at Ascended already.
I think Branch From The Yddragsil should be rated higher. At legendary tier, it’s pretty much the equivalent to using a healing fountain every step. Heaven’s Grace (health regen by 80%) is useful too.
This is a solid tier list, though; I agree with all of the S and S+ rankings.
I use the same strategy everytime and it has never failed. Clear every Hard mode stage in 5 seconds. Take auto ability use off and use Shemira. Her ULT will clear all 5 enemies and you should have a Full Bar at the start of every match. I prioritize grabbing Crit %, Crit Damage, and intelligence damage.If I see it, I grab the one where attacking lowers enemy defense for Wrizz. Pendant of Force can be an A if combined with Deathly Embrace. A little push and 3/4 instant deathly apparitions
Good tier list! but may i ask you WHY the Shemira relic (3 siphon) is rated so low????? For me is a+ tier, oh and the relic that heals 40% at the end of the battles is not that bad it keeps the team healty.

I don’t understand about deathly Embrace. I only see if you get it lower to 15 percent, Niru’s Reaper skeleton( His Special) the skeleton appears, and kills the enemey. But does it really work on Brutus? Did’nt try it so someone help me please

Even if his immunity is in effect, deathly Embrace still kills Brutus.
The heaven’s grace is wrong what? The healing is increase in all sources, for example: if nemora uses her ult and her heal for 10k each tick then with HG , it is increase to 18k each tick, it works with ANY HEALING’s EFFECT including life leech and shemira’s heal from her attack for example. I guess the text of the relic is just bad explanation. It should be A tier or S- imo
I don’t see why the RELIC CHEST is not worth taking on 3rd floor. Doesn’t it increase your heroes’s health and defense for every elite and legendary relics you OWN instead of every relics you pick up after? 30% health and defense is a really good buff

The “Glistening Leaf”, Nemora’s Relic, it’s very good if you own her on your team. It’s a Sunstone+Moonstone regen level when you use her ultimate, since it affect the whole team. IMHO, this relic is a MUST if you play with Nemora.

About the “Arcane Spellbook” (Intelligence based heroes deal +30% damage)
If you’re using Shemira to kill every thing with ult in 10 seconds like me, this is a MUST-TAKE tier
It’s solid 30% for total damage boost (almost all from shemira), the second largest damage boost relic other than Ragespike.
While Ragespike need 8 battles to reach its full potential, the Spellbook is the BIGGEST instant damage boost (for Shemira/Blinda/etc carried team)
Can you confirm that Statue of Retribution only applies whenever your friendly hero dies? I have a long time think it works whenever ANY hero dies. That’s why I pick Statue of Retribution and War Horn every time because all your task is just getting one enemy slained. Then, watch how they BOOM!
Also, I think this list is far from satisfaction as you are not clear about the details of each relic. This is somehow misleading. Hope the content can come with solid evidence.
Statue of retribution definitely buffs your team when an enemy and an ally dies. But I think this will affect only your team once the update applies. It’s better to get warhorn overall.
First, the Tier list is good, but I feel Spider silk gloves or Decent, probally a S. Reason is because gives more time for people to attack enemies but only front, also, if you are using Shemira, her life leech is useless because shes already full health( unless in previous battles) Deathly Embrace is probably only good Aganiet Brutus and high health enemies. Also, thunderbrust Probally should be Nerfed( But my fav Legendary relic) Bcause it Stuns and Deals a little very High damage.
Lemme stop you at “DEATHLY EMBRACE” It is hot garbage imo, it hardly ever executes anyone becouse the animation is soooooo long, I sooner finish the enemy at 15% bedore the animation ends. It may work maybe vs Wrizz, but other than this it is B tier at MAX.

Percent leech increase does not appear to work if you have no leech (need Khasos or Mauler relic). Likewise percent regeneration does not work if you do not have regen (need someone like Ulmus). Also Talonstrike is far from F. It’s probably at least a B. It is the single best single unit buffing relic you can get because Vurk’s only downside was him missing people. This relic gives him FORK. I like the tier list in general, but I feel like the rating for POISONOUS EMBRACE might need a note that says how amazing it is to clear the Mini Wrizz as it’s basically the only relic that can solo him.

My experience is that it doesn’t matter what other relics I have he just falls dead after the hits stack up. Beat him twice with all my other relics being underwhelming for him (like no %-based dmg, nothing that added much dmg/crits and nothing that debuffed/disabeled him).
i havent tried it with just that one. but if you take the 2 poison relics and use kaz she will absolutely melt him with just a few hits. even an elite kaz will do like 10million dmg in a few seconds. its basicly a free clear.
Does NOSFERATU’S FANG works even if your teams has no life leech?
I’ve just tested it, and it doesn’t seem to work on heroes if they have 0 life leech.
I don’t know about you, but I decided to replay the first Peaks of Time adventure with a Legendary Nosferatu Fang artifact. It seemed like it gave Life Leech even to heroes that had no Life Leech to begin with.
There’s a gameplay video that I managed to record on my phone that I can show as proof, but I have no idea how to send it to you.
For me, Carnal Grip is one of the top priority items. Moonstone+Sunstone will be the best.
